Complete adapter kit with a custom flywheel for swap NISSAN CA18DET engine with BMW ZF 8HP45 automatic transmission from the N55 engine and the 8HP45R from the S55 M235i Racing.
The kit includes:
- complete billet flywheel made of a special lightweight AlZnMg+Ti alloy with strength comparable to 42CrMo4 steel. The flywheel is fitted with a starter ring gear designed for the original NISSAN starter motor. The flywheel assembly is designed to handle up to 1200 Nm of torque. Total flywheel weight: 2.9 kg.
- transmission adapter made of AW7075-T651 high-strength aluminum alloy, with strength exceeding that of standard 42CrMo4 steel. Adapter thickness: 17 mm.
- mounting bolts for the flywheel, adapter and transmission
